WAIT, IS THIS SOLD OUT?
Nothing lasts forever and when it comes to deadstock it's usually impossible to find, just ask our buying team.  They're traveling the globe to find you the best of the best in unworn vintage. I'm not sure how they do it, I guess they have a sixth sense.  Either way, if you see something you love, you better grab it!  Styles sell out quick and when they're gone, well that's it!
 
I NEED MORE STUFF, CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We process orders at lightening speed, so if you need to change your order in any way, please send us a message as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we can't add items to an existing order, but you can always place another one.  Send us a message within 24hrs and we'll waive the shipping.  Once we've shipped your order, we are unable to make changes.

I GET AN ERROR WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING INFO.. WTF?
If you're receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card info, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this usually fixes it).
 
MY ORDER ISN'T GOING THROUGH?
It's the internet, so occasionally there's a glitch in the matrix - don't worry, we're on it. Updating your web browser usually fixes the problem.  If that doesn't work, just send us a message. hello@americandeadstock.com.
 
I'M NOT MADE OF MONEY, WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
No, you will only be charged once when your order ships.
If you just placed your order, what you're seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
 
WHERE'S MY S#*!?
Orders ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Brooklyn New York (or select fulfillment centers). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing on the following business day.  We require 1-3 business days to process all orders, but you can get play-for-play updates on your order by clicking on your tracking # in your confirmation email.  If you didn't receive this email, please contact customer care hello@americandeadstock.com.
 
I NEED TO RETURN MY ITEM.
We're bummed things didn't work out, but here's the good news: returns are a breeze! Just send us a message within (30) days of purchase (AKA the date on your receipt) and we'll work it out.
 
HERE'S THE FINE PRINT: You can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All items must be returned in their original packaging, which includes any special wrapping components.  Naturally, intimate items, such as bodysuits, leotards, swimwear are final sale, cuz that’s just TMI. All sale items are also final sale. Shipping fees will not be credited unless we screwed up. Processing returns takes us a few days, so please be patient.

WHAT ABOUT IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed by your country, not us. We suggest contacting your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.  American Deadstock cannot control and is not responsible for any duties and or taxes applied to your package. Hey, we wish we could, it's just not in the cards. NOTE: If you refuse a shipment from American Deadstock, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.  Sorry to get all serious, but now it's out in the open.
