CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We process orders at lightening speed, so if you need to change your order in any way, please send us a message as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we can't add items to an existing order, but you can always place another one.  Send us a message within 24hrs and we'll waive the shipping.  Once we've shipped your order, we are unable to make changes.

Nothing lasts forever and when it comes to dead-stock it's usually impossible to get again. Trust me, we've tried. If you see something you love, snag it before it's too late. Styles sell out quickly and when they're gone, well that's it!

WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

No, you will only be charged once when your order ships.  If you just placed your order, what you're seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear depending on your bank and usually within 48 – 72 hours.

MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED

It's the internet, so occasionally there's a glitch in the matrix - don't worry, we're on it. Updating your web browser usually fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, just send us a message.
